We know getting prepared to go back to school at the end of the summer can be difficult for some families. We want to partner with you to help give your kids the chance to start the school year in the best way possible. This event is for families who need a little help with school supplies for the upcoming school year. If you are a family in need of this resource, we are here to help!
REGISTRATION IS OPEN
The supplies at this event are for children entering Pre-K through 12th Grade for the 2025-2026 school year. We will host this event at 3 locations, and you will select your location and arrival time upon registration.
Registration is REQUIRED! We will only distribute items on Saturday, July 19, during the event to families who have registered and are in attendance. Once registration opens, we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as this event often reaches capacity prior to the deadline. Registration will close on May 14 unless we reach capacity sooner. *The available arrival times will show up during your registration process. Please ONLY select the location in the COUNTY where your child/children attend school.

What age group can receive a backpack and supplies?
Children in Pre-K through 12th grade can receive a backpack and supplies.
Do my kids have to attend the event to receive a backpack?
We would love ALL kids registered to attend so they can pick out their backpack and supplies. If they can not attend, a parent can pick out their backpack and supplies at the arrival time selected upon registration.
Can I pick up my kids supplies after the event?
We will only distribute backpacks and supplies on Saturday, July 19, during the event.
Does it cost any money to attend?
No, the event is free to attend!
Do you have to be a Cherokee or Pickens County resident?
Yes, this event is for children Pre-K through 12th grade that attend Cherokee or Pickens County schools.
